This partnership unites two iconic Vilnius-based organizations with a shared mission: to nurture an ambitious, winning generation of talent that will represent the capital on the international stage.

The new collaboration is built on a long-term vision of strengthening young talent. As a key partner, EIKA Group will directly support the Rytas youth teams as they compete in top-tier international tournaments.

“Youth are our future, which is why it is vital for us to support the Vilnius basketball community and the young players growing within it,” says Domas Dargis, CEO of EIKA Group. “Through sports, they develop discipline, responsibility, and teamwork—values that serve as a solid foundation for the rest of their lives. In Lithuania, basketball is a force that unites people and strengthens the community, and the capital’s team is a core part of Vilnius’ identity.
