One of the longest-standing partners of Rytas Vilnius – the financial technology company Satchel – has extended its support agreement with the capital’s club. The company will continue to be one of Rytas’ main sponsors, contributing not only to the organization’s financial well-being but also to strengthening the community beyond the court.

“When we talk about long-term partnerships, we first emphasize trust and shared values. Sergiy and his team at Satchel have supported the team financially for many years and actively participate in our social initiatives – this demonstrates the true meaning of friendship,” said Rytas’ director Jaroslav Latušinskij. “Partners who think broadly and sincerely care about the community’s well-being become a strong pillar of support. Together with them, we can achieve much more – not only on the basketball court but also in society.”

One of the most notable examples of Rytas’ and Satchel’s cooperation is this year’s social campaign Together Against Exclusion. During a special event at the Active Vilnius arena, the entire Rytas team participated, alongside students from Vilnius Verkių School – Multifunctional Center, as well as members of the association Mirabilia, which brings together people with disabilities. During the event, youth with disabilities experienced the spirit of basketball together with the athletes, participated in a masterclass training session, and felt true camaraderie with the Rytas family. This is not the only initiative organized together – Satchel actively and sincerely engages in other Rytas social campaigns, including Together Against All.

Satchel CEO Sergiy Barybin emphasized: “Our cooperation has grown into a sincere, value-based partnership. I am grateful to Jaroslav Latušinskij and Darius Gudelis for the opportunity to be part of Rytas’ history. We are united not only by professionalism, ambitious goals, and achievements – we believe that sports can be a bridge connecting different communities, and together with Rytas we are consistently creating an environment where no one is left behind. I want to invite other local businesses to follow our example and invest in the future of basketball in the capital and a more connected society.”
