Rytas Vilnius and the capital’s largest arena, Twinsbet, have reached an agreement for collaboration in the 2025–2026 season after a long and intensive negotiation process. Under this agreement, Rytas will play the majority of their home games in the Lithuanian Basketball League, the Citadele King Mindaugas Cup, and the FIBA Basketball Champions League at Twinsbet Arena.
This means that thousands of fans will have even more opportunities to support their team in the biggest basketball venue in Vilnius. All Rytas home games are planned to take place at Twinsbet Arena, except for dates that conflict with pre-scheduled concerts or other events. In those cases, Rytas will play at Active Vilnius Arena.
“As a club, we are constantly growing — we aim to build an even larger fan community and give everyone the chance to experience our games live. We have outgrown Active Vilnius Arena, so moving to the city’s largest basketball venue is a natural and ongoing step. This is not just about sports — these events become major sport events in the capital, attracting people not only from Vilnius but also from surrounding districts, creating added value for the city and region,” said Rytas Vilnius director Jaroslav Latušinskij.
“We want Twinsbet Arena to be fuller each year and become a place where every game generates a unique atmosphere. The start of this season confirms we are on the right track — in the first two away games, we saw incredible numbers of fans traveling to support the team. Sometimes I even think I want to take off my suit and join the most active supporters — I hope that on October 7 even more people will experience this feeling and together we will create the best atmosphere in Lithuania, one our Warsaw opponents and their traveling fans have never seen.”
Rytas’ first international match at Twinsbet Arena will take place on October 7, when the capital team hosts Legia Warsaw. Renewal of Twinsbet Arena season tickets will start on October 3 and continue until October 8. During this period, all JBR membership holders who purchased tickets via kakava.lt can transfer their seats to Twinsbet Arena. Detailed instructions on the transfer process will be sent individually by email by October 3.
Sales of new season tickets, valid only for games at Twinsbet Arena, will begin on October 10.
Tickets for upcoming games are already available starting today, October 1, at 6 PM via www.bilietai.lt.
