The capital’s premier sports organization, Rytas Vilnius, is continuing its partnership with the international gaming company OlyBet, whose contribution plays a key role in the club’s solid financial foundation and record budget for this season. OlyBet remains the club’s second-largest commercial partner, with the agreement running through the summer of 2028.

As in the previous season, the partnership will cover the club’s campaigns in the Lithuanian Basketball League (LKL) and the FIBA Basketball Champions League, as well as additional off-season activities and initiatives. According to Martynas Giga, CEO of Rytas Vilnius, the initial year of the strategic partnership went very smoothly and generated substantial mutual value.

“We are thrilled to continue our great collaboration with such an experienced company that operates successfully across both the Lithuanian and European markets while placing such a strong emphasis on sports. OlyBet’s support provides us with greater capabilities to assemble a competitive roster on both the domestic and international stage, helps ensure sustainable financial footing, and builds shared value,” says Martynas Giga.

Throughout the 2025–26 season, the OlyBet brand was prominently featured on Rytas Vilnius jerseys, the arena court, digital and physical signage, social media posts, and game broadcasts.

Tomas Palevičius, head of Olympic Casino Group Baltija—the operator behind the international gaming brand—welcomed the opportunity to help promote the name of the club, the city, and the country as a whole.

“We are proud to remain one of the cornerstone partners of Rytas Vilnius. It was incredible to witness the team’s historic triumph in the FIBA Champions League, as achievements like this elevate the profile of Vilnius and Lithuania across Europe and beyond. We are also very pleased that our organizations share the same vision and ambition. We look forward to continuing hand in hand with the entire club community and wish them the best of luck in the new season,” states Tomas Palevičius.

Having wrapped up their pre-season schedule, Rytas Vilnius officially tipped off the 2026–27 campaign in China, where they are competing in the FIBA Intercontinental Cup from September 22 to 27. The Vilnius squad will play their domestic opener in the LKL on October 3, while their FIBA Champions League run gets underway on October 6.
